Brogan Group have won a Powered Access contract with a new Contractor, a complete renovation of a 150,000 sq ft Grade II listed former retail store in Clapham.
The 4-storey site, constructed in the Edwardian era, is being completed refitted to create new retail and office space, with an additional 2 Storey rooftop pavilion & terrace to be added.
The extension includes an atrium that will be serviced by a combination of twin and single Brogan Mast Climbers which will enable façade works on the interior.
