New service vehicles for our fleet
We have purchased a number of new service vehicles for our ever-growing mast climber and hoist Service Team whose primary function is to service and maintain our fleet of machines. The expansion comes in recognition of the Group’s commitment to upholding a high level of service, minimising call outs and operational downtime.
Our service team is fast approaching 30 Engineers, all trained in the various hoists we provide. 95% of our work derives from repeat business, and thus, we ensure that clients can expect the same level of service, if not better when returning to us through the frequent maintenance of our fleet.
These vehicles will be in and out of the Central London Ultra Low Emission Zone (ULEZ) zone which is why we sought vans that would are ULEZ compliant and in keeping with our environmental policy and reducing our carbon footprint.
