This week Brogan Group will be rolling out a revised and updated version of the Tool Box Talk pack to all UK site personnel.

The toolbox talk pack communicates information about general and specific subjects relating to work carried out on site. The pack covers all areas of concern relating to general construction and the safe working at height.
 
On a weekly basis, Brogan Group's site foremen hold talks with site personnel, briefing them on all aspects of health and safety to prevent ill health and accidents on site.

The revised version now contains 35 general construction talks in line with current legislation and work practices and 14 new scaffold related talks to ensure employees are constantly given guidance in order to help them work in a safe and responsible manner.  

The purpose of the Toolbox Talk pack is to promote awareness but does not replace formal training.
