Brogan Group have delivered the first of the Hoists for a mixed civic and residential development in North-east London.
A combination of single and twin passenger goods will service 5 residential blocks that will create over 500 new homes.
A new civic building is also being constructed alongside the existing Grade II Listed Town Hall, on a scheme due for completion in 2026.
