We have recently secured the scaffolding access package for a new office and retail project on Davies St. in London.
The project involves the demolition of the existing building on the site, which will lead onto the redevelopment of the site to provide a mixed use building comprising basement, ground floor and five upper floors.
The scheme will provide retail shop units at part basement and ground floor levels, with office accommodation in the remainder of the building.
