Oxford Street mixed-use refurbishment project for Brogan Access Services
Brogan Group are access provider on a £100m Oxford Street mixed-use refurbishment project.
Ground and Gantry-level-based Hoists will service up to 37m on the Art-Deco style building.
The existing sixth and seventh floors will be demolished and replaced with three new floors and an eighth floor will house a 1,000 sqm restaurant boasting 360-degree views across London.
Once complete the site will have retail, office, catering, and leisure facilities including a new gym with a 25m swimming pool.
