Brogan Group have won the access package on a Park Royal project that will build 158 affordable homes in Northwest London.
A range of Brogan Hoists will service 15-storey and 8-storey buildings.
A brick building that was part of the original nearby Hospital will be retained and fully refurbished.
New communal green spaces will also be built, including a tree-lined large central square and wildflower “bio roofs” incorporated into some of the buildings.
