Brogan Group are extending Access services to phase 3 of a Haringey development, London, an area of approximately 1.5 ha and containing 7 mixed usage buildings constructed using RC frames.
Brogan Group were the access supplier on phase 1 and 2 of the project and phase 3 will see Brogan supply and erect a number of passenger & goods hoists across seven of the 6 to 14 storey buildings.
The regeneration project is seated in the northern part of a former gasworks site. The total project comprises 24 buildings, 1,270 private residential apartments and 41 commercial units.
Phase 3 Hoist works are expected to continue through until Summer 2024.
