Brogan Group has been awarded the access package for a £150m commercial development in Central London.
The project will retain 75% of the existing structure while increasing the building’s height to deliver 250,000 square feet of workspace. Scheduled for completion in 2028, the development will be constructed to a BREEAM ‘Excellent’ standard.
New commercial and retail space will be incorporated into the scheme creating a new welcoming area for the local community.
