Brogan Group have won the powered access package for a Grade I listed, Piccadilly Mansion in London.
Built in the 18th century the classic frontage will be preserved while the interior is being completely rebuilt, to transform it into one of London’s grandest hotels.
Brogan Hoists will be positioned in the lift shaft to support the fit-out of the lower ground level and three further basement levels, which will accommodate a spa, back of house and servicing.
Further Hoists will be positioned in the courtyard garden to enable access to the overlooking rooms that will be turned into restaurants, bars (including a cigar bar) and function facilities.
The classic design is underlined by modern design methods, with Brogan models supplied to fit into the BIM Level 2 standards on the project.
