Brogan Group has been awarded the access package on a commercial development project in the City of London.
Works will be provided on site to support the building’s redevelopment, which will expand the internal area by 41% through the addition of two new floors. Once complete, the space will be upgraded to a Category A office standard.
As part of the redevelopment, a terrace will be created, offering views of the London skyline. Additionally, 90% of the building’s façade will be replaced, modernising its exterior while preserving its historic character.
