Brogan Group have been awarded an access package for a major commercial redevelopment in central Leeds.
Brogan’s remit includes passenger and goods hoists providing access across the 7-storey building throughout the redevelopment scheme.
Located adjacent to Leeds Station, the 108,576 sq ft headquarters building is being transformed into high-quality Grade A office space, featuring modern workplace facilities including shared amenity areas, cafés, breakout spaces, and collaboration areas.
