Brogan Group has secured the powered access package for a student accommodation building in Manchester.
Brogan’s remit will consist of a number of passenger goods hoists, providing access up to 46 metres high. These machines will be deployed to support remedial works to the existing structure, including the replacement of cladding, glazing, and brickwork.
The 14-storey building houses approximately 300 units, with flats consisting of single-occupancy student rooms and shared, self-catered kitchens.
