Under the UK's statutory health and safety legislation, employers have a duty of care to prevent the ill-health of their workers. This is particularly relevant to those carrying out safety-critical tasks.
In order that Brogan Group continue to protect our employees and comply with the statutory UK legislation, we will be commencing a programme of ‘Safety Critical’ medical assessments for all our workforce who operate in a safety critical role.
This programme will be delivered in conjunction with our newly appointed external Occupational Health organisation, Alere Healthcare Communications Ltd.
