Brogan Group have recently secured a combined access package for a new build development in Sydenham, London.
The scheme, ultimately creating 110 affordable homes, will see Brogan scaffolding and goods only hoists on site.
Across the 3 blocks, both external and internal scaffolding will be erected reaching heights of up to 23m.
Upon completion, a mixture of 1, 2, 3 and 4 bedroom homes will be created as well as a community room, estate office and play space.
