We have been awarded the scaffolding and hoist package for the demolition and redevelopment of the Featherstone Building just off Old Street in London. Our remit includes a temporary gantry along City road that will provide protection for the public while demolition and construction works are in progress.
We will also be supplying goods / passenger hoists in twin configuration and single goods only hoists.
The main contractor of The Featherstone Building is targeting the highest environmental standards to achieve both BREEAM 2014 – Outstanding and LEED V4 – Platinum environmental accreditations.
The development, which is due for completion in 2021, will provide office and retail space of both Category A and Category B standard.
