We have secured the scaffold package for the Mixed use Complex in Jumeirah First, Dubai. The scheme comprises the construction of a 120 room 3-star hotel to include restaurants, lounges, a swimming-pool and a gym as well as a grand entrance lobby at the Ground Floor.
We will be providing the external access scaffolding for five mixed use buildings within the park, 2 residential units and a number of retail outlets, project value circa $88million.
