Brogan Group have been selected as Access providers on Eastman Village, an ambitious, multi-phased project on the former Kodak site in Harrow.
The site, formally known as Harrow East, is being developed by a leading London developer and designed by award-winning architect Pollard Thomas Edwards; a plan for a completely new urban neighbourhood of over 2,000 homes, restaurants, schools, and landscaped areas.
Brogan Group are currently working on 3 different residential blocks on the project consisting of 5, 6 and 8 storeys respectively. Passenger/goods hoists will provide access for men and materials for the fit-out of the apartments including kitchens and underfloor heating.
The scheme, part of a wider £1.75bn regeneration programme, began in 2018 and will provide new homes plus 1,090m2 of restaurant, café, community and commercial use.
