Brogan Group have topped the Safety League Table at Capitol Way
After scoring 100% overall, Brogan Group have topped the Safety League table at the Capitol Way site. The key performance indicators used to score subcontractors performance include; Safe to Start, H&S Review Meetings and Safety Actions, Risk Assessment Method Statement compliance, Communication and Production.
This project involves the redevelopment of a part vacant, out of centre retail site, located facing Edgware Road to the north of Colindale centre. A mixed-use podium and tall building development (6 - 17 storeys) comprises 460 self-contained flats and retail areas.
Expected to be completed early next year.
