Brogan Group have secured the scaffolding package on a £200 million mixed-use project on London’s Tottenham Court Road.
The 6-storey project will add more than 65,000sq ft of office space, 11,000sq ft of retail space, and 9,000sq ft for 8 luxury residential units.
Sustainability is a significant part of the project with the complex’s carbon footprint being kept to a minimum as the developer looks to achieve a Breaam outstanding rating.
