We are providing hoist access for the development of Alma Estate in the London Borough of Enfield. Initially built in the 60s, the area will undergo a £315m regeneration which will provide 993 homes, as well as amenities such as shops, a gym and a medical centre.
Phase 1 of the Alma Estate regeneration will provide 229 homes, a gym, café, new station square and improved public open spaces. Brogan Group is working with this project's home builder for the first time.
