Brogan Group have secured the powered access package for a residential development in the area of Guildford, Surrey.
The scheme began in March 2024 and will now see Brogan hoists servicing four separate buildings which will be united by a shared podium slab. The passenger / goods hoists will reach heights of up to 21m.
The overall scheme will create 301 co-living studios and social spaces. The development includes a variety of social areas and amenities, including kitchens, dining rooms, lounges, a gym, and co-working spaces, with the goal of uniting the residential neighbourhood.
