We have been awarded the hoist package for The Material Store, one of the urban blocks within the masterplan for the £250 million regeneration of The Old Vinyl Factory site, West London.
Once complete, the 17-acre scheme will be one of the largest regeneration projects in the area. It will become a home to a community of more than 630 apartments with commercial and leisure facilities including a museum, restaurants, shops and bars.
We are currently installing a number of single passenger/goods hoists that will reach a maximum height of 36m.
