After securing the access package earlier this month for what is our first contract with property developers Taylor Wimpey, for the Essence housing project on Yiewsley High Street, we have now started to erect scaffolding on site.
With demolition works complete, and the new structure at full height, external independent scaffold is progressively being installed to the five-storey building and is currently complete on the front elevation.
The mixed-use block will house 54 residential units over four floors and retail on the ground floor, and is due for completion in 2012.
