Recently we have secured works on the new student accommodation being built on Isledon Road.
The site, a 0.9 acre freehold, is a former industrial property which is located adjacent to Finsbury Park Underground station and bus terminals.
The £21 million project will see the construction of a six-storey building, which will contain 400 student bedrooms across 65 flats. The building will also contain three offices. This scheme will create four disabled parking spaces and 230 bicycle spaces, as well as infrastructure, access road, sewer system and landscaping.
The supply and erection of scaffold will begin on site in the coming weeks.
