Independent perimeter scaffold for brick and block work to the new centre at Kensington and Chelsea College’s Hortensia Road site is now at full height. 

The scheme, expected to complete by Easter 2011, comprises the construction of a 3,990 m² block which will house a resource centre, classrooms, IT rooms, fashion studios, offices, art and design studios and a staff room.
