61-67 Oxford Street is a prominent site, located at the junction of Soho Street and Oxford Street, and the regeneration of this site is part of the on-going regeneration of the surrounding area.
The aim of this project is to create a 6,100 sq m mixed-use development. It will be made up of four levels of retails, two floors of office space with outdoor terraces, and the top two floors will be used for residential, containing six apartments each with a private roof terrace.
We have secured the scaffolding access package for this prominent redevelopment project, and are eager to begin on site in the coming weeks.
