Brogan Group are providing combined access services on a Westminster project refurbishing a 1970s building to create around 80,000 sq. ft of sustainable workspace, distributed over ground floor, basement and eight upper storeys.
Over 90% of the building’s structure and façade will be retained with Brogan Group providing Scaffolding and Powered Access on a project looking to achieve various high environmental targets.
