Brogan Group has been awarded the powered access package for a 328-metre-tall mixed-use development in Dubai.
Brogan’s scope includes multiple mast climbers, in both single and twin configurations, reaching heights of up to 270 metres to support façade upgrades and external works throughout the project.
Architecturally inspired by London’s Big Ben, the building is scheduled for completion in late 2026 and will feature 365 residential units, alongside office space, retail outlets, and resident amenities including a gym and swimming pool.
