This project involves a waterfront development on Yas Island, Abu Dhabi. The residential apartment complex is located adjacent to the upcoming Sea World theme park, it will contain private courtyards with landscaped areas, pools, multi-purpose courts and a mosque.
The complex will feature 13 residential towers comprising of 2,255 units in total with studios to three-bedroom apartments and a waterfront promenade with various dining and retail shops.
Our remit includes the design, supply and erection / dismantle of the access scaffold for the façade works on 13 residential blocks which each contain 9 storeys.
This project is expected to be completed in Q2 of 2021.
