Brogan Group are providing the access package on a hotel refurbishment on Blue Water, Island, Dubai.
A combined access package, including a set of twin passenger/goods hoists and perimeter scaffolding, has been erected alongside loading platforms and a 2-tonne beam hoist.
The hotel sits on a man-made island, 400m off Jumeirah beach, created in 2013 and near to the Ain Dubai (formerly the Dubai Eye), the world’s tallest Ferris wheel at 274m.
