Works are well under way at Deira City Centre, after Brogan Group secured the access scaffolding package in Dubai. The $5.9m (US) redevelopment scheme will see the mechanical, electrical and plumbing works upgraded, for the 1.2 million sq. ft. Mall.
The shopping centre, originally built in 1995, is Dubai’s original flagship mall, and comprises of over 370 shops, and a car park facilitating up to 3,600 cars.
The Deira City Centre project is due for completion by Q2 2016.
