Brogan Group has recently been awarded the access package for the Mallside Residence & Hotel Development in Dubai Hills Estate.
Following the earlier award of the mast climber package, numerous mast climbers will support external façade works at heights of up to 72 metres, Brogan’s scope will now also include the provision of scaffolding.
This combined access package will facilitate the construction of 105 hotel rooms and 144 residential apartments, comprising studio, one, two, and three bedroom units.
