The design consisted of converting Archway Tower from a 195-foot vacant office to a residential building.
Providing privately rented accommodation for people who want to live and work in Archway.
Now known as Vantage Point, it contains 118 studio, 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom apartments exclusively for rental spread over floors 1-15, with shared common space on floors 16 and 17.
We installed scaffolding and mast climbers for this project.
Brogan have a very productive approach to working safely on a high rise building in the city of London with a slab edge that is at the limit of the site boundary at a very high level.
