Brogan Group have been awarded the powered access package for a redevelopment project located in Kingston – upon – Thames, London.
Brogan passenger / goods hoists will be onsite assisting in the transformation of an existing student accommodation building to create 210 co-living apartments.
Once completed, the scheme aims to be one of Kingston’s most sustainable buildings and will be BREEAM Outstanding. The building will also boast co-working spaces, a wellness centre and a rooftop terrace.
